is there even indieweb consensus that we want threaded comments? i’m not sure. [/multiple-reply](https://indiewebcamp.com/multiple-reply) has some discussion. i’m not sure i remember anyone strongly advocating for it, but i do remember people preferring twitter’s “smart flat” threading UX to traditional nesting on e.g. blogs, facebook, some comment silos.
…then again, indieweb is a bit biased toward twitter in general, so who knows. :P
Not necessarily threaded comments like Reddit, but I think there’s broad consensus that if you reply to a reply, it would be nice if the original post got all subsequent comments (like Twitter). I’m multi-replying three posts to try and make this work manually here…
