- You can’t change other people. You can only change yourself.
- Care less what other people think.
- People are different. More than you think.
- Tell yourself a different story.
- Empathize. Care about other people as much as yourself, or more.
- First, find common goals.
- Create.
- All things in moderation, including moderation.
- Experience great art regularly. All different kinds.
- Self care is important. Build healthy habits: food, sleep, exercise, mental health, relationships, stress (decompression, medidation, etc).
- Actions speak louder than words.
